我失去了最爱的外婆
陪伴着我的24年的婆婆
在半夜1.30am离开了我们

年迈80岁的婆婆
双脚已经无力走路
需靠着轮椅来步行

我最后一次看到你
就是在妹妹的婚礼上
那时的你还很健康

短短的半年
发生了很多事
我来不及去探望你
来不及孝顺你

这一切
已经成为回忆了
心情的变化有如今天的天气,
我还是不能接受,多么希望只是一场梦!

在一个美丽的早晨
一班可爱的同事们
一起努力 攀爬 攀岩
惊心吊胆 刺激 好笑

这个过程 让大家训练自己的体魄 胆量 耐力
我也突破自己的心里障碍 完成了level 2
经过猛烈的太阳 我晒黑了
流了一身汗 整个人感觉轻了 Woohoo

人人皆可参与体育运动  不管你是男或女
年长或年幼  健康或残疾  贫穷或富有
体育运动是人的一种权利  人人皆可乐在运动是人类社会的理想境界
