♥ 冬至节

冬至节~

是我国农历中一个非常重要的节气~

也是一个传统节日~

至今仍有不少地方有过冬至节的习俗~

古人认为到了冬至，

虽然还处在寒冷的季节，

但春天已经不远了。

这时外出的人都要回家过冬节，表示年终有所归宿。

闽台民间认为每年冬至是全家人团聚的节日，

因为这一天要祭拜祖先，如果外出不回家，就是不认祖宗的人。

冬至这一天是一年中最长的一夜，

许多人家利用这一夜，用糯米粉做"冬至圆"，

为了区别于后来的春节前夕的"辞岁"，

冬节的前一日叫做"添岁"或"亚岁"，表示"年"还没过完，但大家都已经长了一岁。

突然好想吃妈妈牌汤圆~
